Welcome to Strong With Jane, a beginner-friendly fitness space for women who want to build strength and move better – without feeling overwhelmed or judged by obsessive gym & diet culture.

My mission is to help make movement feel approachable, doable & as straightforward as I can for you. I want to show you that exercise can fit into YOUR life, in a way that feels good for you. That you can get stronger & fitter without having to take things to the extreme. And that you can do this in the comfort of your own home or a quiet corner of the gym.

I really believe that lifting dumbbells & doing exercise doesn’t have to be so bloomin’ serious. We aren’t here to be bodybuilders or fitness influencers – we just wanna feel more capable in our bodies for as long as we can!
